BUILDING A STRATEGIC FOUNDATION IN MINISTRY: Assessing Your Current State

BUILDING A STRATEGIC FOUNDATION IN MINISTRY is a Christian downloadable ebook by Apostle Prince Victor Matthew, written for pastors, ministers, church leaders, ministry founders, and kingdom workers who desire to build ministries that are spiritually sound, strategically organized, and capable of carrying lasting kingdom impact. Before you build bigger, you must first examine what you have already built. This book takes you through the important process of honestly assessing your ministry, its vision, leadership, structure, people, resources, strengths, weaknesses, and present capacity.

Apostle Prince Victor Matthew challenges ministers to stop measuring ministry only by visibility, attendance, activities, or public recognition. A ministry can be active and still lack a strategic foundation. Through practical and spiritually grounded teaching, this book helps you identify areas that require strengthening and understand how clarity, structure, administration, leadership, and intentional planning can support the assignment God has given you. It is a call to examine the foundation before attempting to build higher.

If you believe God has entrusted you with a ministry assignment, then you need more than passion; you need wisdom to steward it. BUILDING A STRATEGIC FOUNDATION IN MINISTRY: Assessing Your Current State will help you look inward with honesty, identify what must be preserved, correct what must be strengthened, and prepare your ministry for its next season. Get this Christian downloadable ebook today and begin building from a foundation strong enough to carry the vision, people, influence, and kingdom responsibility God has placed in your hands.
